SHIPPING: Most orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. While we strive to keep back­orders to a minimum, they are possible. Unless instructed otherwise, we will ship all available items and ship backordered items as soon as they are available. Shipments will be sent UPS Ground unless another carrier is specified or the order qualifies for common carrier (truck). Freight charges for truck shipment will be added to the order. Express shipments will be accepted and sent as the customer specifies. Orders ship F.O.B. drop-ship origin, F.O.B. Memphis, TN. Hazmat will not be shipped by air. Drop ship fee is $10.00.

FREEZE/THAW INSTABILITY: The following chemicals are NOT freeze/thaw stable: Teflon Advanced, Teflon Advanced for Wool and Clear Grout Sealer and its color additives. Since JANITOR SUPPLY CENTER has no control of how each carrier cares for its freight, we will not be responsible for chemicals that are frozen during shipment. Between the months of October and March, order the chemicals listed above at your own risk. All other chemicals are freeze/thaw stable.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS: Any product sold with a factory warranty may be returned if found defective within the terms of the warranty. Please call our Customer Service Representative and obtain a Return Authorization Number. Write this number on the outside of the box. Items returned for any reason must also be assigned a Return Authorization Number. Any return without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Installed parts and electronic components are not returnable unless defective. A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned goods.

DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT: All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier: UPS driver, truck driver, etc. Please hold on to the original carton as this is often necessary in order to settle claims.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING: There are many accessories and parts we sell which are not included in this catalog. We will continue to upgrade this catalog to include these items. Should you need an item or part not included, give us a call. Chances are we will have it in stock or can get it for you. Prices listed in the catalog are subject to change without notice.

NON-STOCK ITEMS: We occasionally receive orders for non-stock items. We are more than happy to source out these items and order them. However, please note when ordering these items, payment must be made in full before the item ships. Once these items have shipped from the manufacturer, the order cannot be cancelled nor the items returned.

CREDIT: We are happy to open a NET 30 account for qualified customers. A credit application must be filled out and submitted to JANITOR SUPPLY CENTER. Please allow two to four weeks for processing. C.O.D. accounts may be set up immediately for qualified will-call customers. No C.O.D. shipments. We also accept payment by credit card at the time of order. In order to maintain your credit status, accounts must be paid within terms. No orders will be shipped on past due accounts until the outstanding balance has been paid. There will be a $25.00 fee for returned checks.
